Ursviken 120-Ton CNC Press Brake – 3m Bed
High-tonnage CNC-controlled folding for precision bending of large sheet metal components.

Amada 50-Ton CNC Press Brake – 2m Bed
Ideal for smaller components requiring tight tolerances and consistent repeatability.

✂️ Cutting & Shearing

LXSHOW 6016 5 axis 3Kw tube laser maximum lenght 6.8m and box up to 160mm sq, this can cut box, tube, I beam, angle or other sections and due to the 5 axis head it can bevel edges and countersink holes.

LXSHOW 3015 flat bed 3KW fiber laser. Maximun size of bed is 3m by 1.5m MS up to 16mm, SS up to 10mm, Aluminium up to 6mm

3m x 6mm Guillotine
Accurate shearing of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets up to 6mm thick.

Plasma Cutting – 85amp  hypertherm suitable for site work

Sheet Rollers – 1.2m x 3mm Capacity
Roll forming for cylinders and curved profiles in thin-gauge materials.

Section Rollers
Forming of angle, channel, flat bar, and other structural profiles to radius.

Pipe Bending & Notching
Fabrication-ready bends and saddle notches for tube and pipe assemblies.

Tube Polishing
Surface finishing for stainless steel and aluminum tubing to architectural standards.

TIG Welding – Precision joining for stainless steel and aluminum

MMA (Arc) Welding – Heavy-duty welding for structural steel

CNC Weld Positioners – Rotational positioning for consistent, high-quality welds on complex assemblies

🧠 Design & Engineering

3D printing Markforged X7 Gen 2, Maximum volume 330 by 270 deep and 200mm high, with materials including carbon fiber, kevlar and heat resistant fiberglass giving a Tensile Strength up to 800 MPa  which is equivalent to (25.8x ABS, 2.6x 6061-T6 Aluminum) 

CO2 50W Laser etching with rotary head having a chuck size of 200mm dia, or flat bed off 300mm by 300mm

SolidWorks Professional
Full 3D CAD modelling, design validation, and production drawings to support your project from concept to completion. We can work from sketches, samples, or digital files.
